BPD Treatment: DBT in Practice

BPD Treatment DBT“Dialectics is all about improvisation, flexibility, movement, and change,” but this must be done while still remaining true to the core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), according to Dr. Charles Swenson, associate professor of clinical psychiatry for the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and DBT consultant for Clearview Women’s Center in Venice, Calif.
